The Concept​
“Whilst travelling through South America, I was invited to an asado, which is a South American BBQ, where various joints of meat are slow cooked over embers.
When the meat is sliced, it is served hot with a choice of breads, hot sauces and salad.
This was the birth of the business idea and the concept of Rotisserie”

Fast forward 20 years and remaining in Trentham Shopping Village, not only is the business still alive, it is thriving following three expansion programmes over that time.
Over the years, Rotisserie has had to adapt to changing times and some alterations to the original business model have had to be made to allow us to cope better with the effect of the expansion programmes undertaken and increased customer base.
The increase in demand, and therefore our product, meant we had to find a quicker way to have the meats ready for serving.
However, the method of creating the perfect sandwich remains the same!!
Our food is still ethical and always fresh, as our customers expect.
We no longer spit roast our meats, but remain an innovative fast food concept, perfectly described as “Slow cooked, fast food”.
The menu choices have also changed over the years to include separate menu choices to cater for Vegetarians, Vegans, Gluten Free and Kids.
We provide a large outdoor patio area with heated seating, air conditioning for the seating areas inside and a separate indoor seating area for customers with dogs.
